Insurance and Fees
ARVA is an out-of-network provider for commercial insurance (e.g., AETNA, Blue Cross, Humana, etc). This means that payment is due from you at time of scheduling your appointment, but, on request, we can provide the medical documentation you will need to submit the claim yourself to your insurance carrier, if you have insurance.
ARVA is not a Medicare or Medicaid provider. Medicare and Medicaid patients are welcome to come, but payment will be due at time of scheduling your appointment.
Visits are by appointment only.
What does the name ARVA mean?
It represents our philosophy.
ARVA refers to the eagle. According to many American Indian beliefs, the eagle carries special significance in that it can view things from a higher and different perspective. We aspire to provide that same view to your ailments, seeing the big picture and how it affects your life - and not just seeing you as a "disease" or a "diagnosis."
The eagle is also believed to carry the hopes and prayers of those on earth to a higher plain - we also hope to aid in lifting you up, in allowing your hopes and needs to be fulfilled by helping you attain and maintain health, mentally and physically.
